Researcher 调研专员
岗位职责Responsibilities:
?      Collect international congresses’ related information through researching international websites and input the information in our client database. We are a global leading events company with rapid growth in China market, so this position has big room of salary raise and promotion.
通过调查英语网站收集国际会议相关信息并维护客户数据库。作为国际领先会议公司,我司业务在中国的发展迅猛,故该职位有很大的薪资和职位的上升空间。
?      Research international and regional associations and meetings to support business development in offices around the world.
调研国际协会和大会来为全球分公司提供业务发展支持。
?      Compile sales data and prepare monthly sales pipeline report.
收集分析销售数据并准备每月的销售报表。
?      Handle research requests from global offices.
处理来自全球分公司的调研需求。
?      Manage and update internal sales database on a regular basis.
管理更新内部数据库。
?      Research global and regional competitors.
调研全球和区域竞争者信息。
?      Research sponsorship and exhibition of international congress and create database.
调研国际大会的赞助商和参展商信息并建立数据库
 
任职资格Job Requirements:
1.    Bachelor degree.
本科以上学位。
2.    Good English communication skills (mainly written and reading).
良好的英语沟通技能(主要是写作和阅读能力)。
3.    Have a good command of Microsoft Office tools (mainly including Word and Excel).
熟练掌握微软办公室操作软件主要有Word 和Excel。
4.    Quick learner, team spirit, pro-active, diligent, patient and attention to details.
快速学习能力,团队精神,主动积极,勤奋,耐心,并注重细节。
5.    People who has Internet research and data collection experience are prefered.
有网络调研和数据收集经验者优先考虑。

JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide administrative and operational support for multiple marketing programs of multi-national client based in Shanghai.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Answering of phone enquiries from program stakeholder (participants)
·       Full management of program email enquiries
·       Managing email correspondence with program stakeholders (Client Team)
·       Management and monitoring of billing customers and suppliers
·       Preparation of program reports
·       Program Communication Content Design & Implementatio

Program Activities Review & Validation
·       Sourcing of Rewards Items
JOB REQUIREMENTS
·       Ability to work independently
·       Good team player
·       Great customer mindset, proactive disposition with strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
·       Takes initiatives and ownership of job tasks
·       Well rounded individual with business or marketing degree
·       Ability to multi task and complete the full range of jobs from data entry through to budget management
·       Good time management
 
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
·       Written & Verbal Proficiency of English CET 6
·       Proficiency in using web-based applications & platform
